Scope
This policy applies to information handled through the public QUBIX DIGITAL website. A separate client agreement, supplier agreement or employment process may include additional privacy terms for information used in that relationship.
Information collected
When you submit a quote or lead request, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, country, service requirements and other details included in your message.
The website and its hosting environment may also process technical information such as an Internet Protocol address, browser details, requested pages and timestamps. The forms use a protected value derived from an Internet Protocol address for short term request limiting. The theme does not save form submissions as WordPress posts. It sends the submitted details to the email address configured by the site owner.
Cookies and analytics
The QUBIX DIGITAL theme does not add advertising cookies or an analytics service by itself. WordPress, the hosting provider or optional plugins may use necessary cookies and may add analytics or consent tools when configured by the site owner. Any active cookie notice or consent panel should provide more specific information.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to an enquiry, understand requested services, prepare a proposal, arrange a conversation, protect the forms from misuse, maintain the website and meet applicable business or legal obligations.

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention can depend on the email, hosting and customer management services configured by the site owner.
